To hang your frame horizontally, place each mounting hook 1 inch (2.5 cm) from the corners of the frame. This will ensure a secure and level display.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at shop@frameifi,com within a week after receiving your order.
